Area 12-E is one of the Areas within Section 12 of the  American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) with almost 4,600 players (boys and girls) ranging in age from 4 to 19 years old. Area 12-E consists of 5 regions each with its own board, including Fredericksburg, Texas, Kerrville, Texas, El Paso, Texas, West El Paso,Texas  and Denver City, Texas & surrounding communities. The Area 12-E operating revenue is generated by contributions from its regions and directly from AYSO.
Area 12-E and its Regions provide these activities - 
For Players:
- U5 programs for players just starting their soccer experience.
 - U6 through U19 core programs for boys and girls.
 - VIP (Very Important Player) for children through adults with mental and physical disabilities.
 - Post season tournaments (Area League , Extra All-Stars) 
 - Spring Season
 - Summer Soccer Camps
 
For Volunteers:
- Coaching Program: Age specific training and certification for all coaches.
 - Officials Program: Six levels of training and certification for referees
 - Management Program: Training and certification for Regional and Area administrators and board members.
 - Safe Haven training and background screening
 - Kids Zone for proper and acceptable sideline behavior
